One-on-One Personal Training
Everyone is unique and where some thrive others fail. The key to a successful training program is based on a few factors; specific individual training, adaptation throughout training and consistency in progression.
As a client, you will be provided with:
– An initial consultation including an assessment of general fitness and health status
– Specific training program
– Lifestyle coaching
– Specific nutrition program
– Supplement advice
– Ongoing support via 1 on 1 personal training sessions
– Unlimited phone/text/email assistance –A response to any questions relating your training anywhere in the world via Skype, Viber and email
Personal training will commence taking into account past experience and future ambitions. ‘Weak’ points will be assessed and an agreed plan of action will be put in place. Questions regarding; nutrition, lifestyle and training will be asked to give a greater insight. Once this has been discussed a commitment will be set by both parties and the Personal Training will officially begin!
There are three pillars to a successful outcome in regards to achieving your fitness/health goals; Training, Nutrition and Lifestyle. All aspects must be met with 100% commitment or the strain will fall on the other pillars. We will motivate and educate you throughout your journey to ensure goals are met efficiently, resulting in quicker result!
Combining treatments like Fat Cavitation, Radio Frequency, Vacuum treatment and massage have been found to greatly increase results. We have several packages available when treating more than one area and using several services. Check our online specials or ask in shop for further details

Personal Training will be carried out at Doherty’s City Gym location. Once a payment has been made please email firstname.lastname@example.org OR text 0403 882 472 and request your preferred time and dates of the personal training sessions. A screenshot of the payment made would be advised to make sure there is no delay in making your booking’.
